I've been going here for years and it's like a family reunion every six months. Everyone is so warm, cheerful and caring. They really make me feel like I'm part of their family. This last time they impressed me with a scan of my total head allowing me to see every section from every angle though-out. I was blown away! I love Dr. Donnie and all his assistants from the moment I walk in the door to the good byes til next time.
I moved to E TN 2 yrs ago and discovered Dr. Dean and staff via internet search. Read reviews and decided this was the place for me! Such wonderful people..I highly recommend them to any one looking for a dentist...cleanings, crowns, etc.
You can't find a better dentist than Dr. Donnie Dean. I've been going to him for more than 20 years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My daughters go to him as well. I know a lot of people dread going to dentist because they've had a bad experience with pain. I've had a lot of major dental work done here and I have never experienced any pain. Dr. Dean and his staff really care about each and every one of their patients. Our family highly recommends. Dr. Donnie Dean.
Got my permanent crown made right on site at Dean Cosmetic Dentistry. No temporary crown or waiting for weeks necessary. Cool!

I hadn't been to have my teeth cleaned in quite a while, because of family concerns. The staff was welcoming and kind, and friendly. As usual, Melissa did a great job as my hygienist and Dr. Dean was his usual wonderful self, listening to my concerns and making informed recommendations. They are so knowledgeable, and the new technology they have for x-rays etc is just amazing! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs anything from a cleaning to the most advanced procedures.

I have never had a dentist so quick to get me in to their office . The Dean Dentistry has some of the nicest people working in their office and they all were ready to gelp me with my issue . Very pleased with their service .
