In pain after going to this dentist for a simple filling. Now left with a worse situation and have been in excruciating pain for a little over two weeks. I went to office two other times to give him an opportunity to make it right and was left in tears and insulted. I was a new patient as of this year. The only thing that was worth going there was bc Sam (hygienist) who does teeth cleaning is good at her job.
Wasn’t a good experience. Now she is in pain only after getting a filling done there. Dr. Dean shouldn’t insinuate that a client is lying. . . a person doesnt go out of their way to drive far in hopes of getting a top notch dentist. Extremely competent technician. Good work but pretty astounded she could work at all with mindless loud inconsiderate chatter going on outside her work station. Hard enough to communicate without these ridiculous distractions. It seemed it was practically deliberate. Not happy about this.
1. Wanted teeth cleaned, and plan for repairs, neither happen. 2. Poor presentation from the attending dentist, his assistant was more help than himself. 3. His presentation, the pictures, his assessment,was designed To make you feel hopeless and that it would cost an exorbitant amount for relief.
