My dentist is Dr Mohr who is AMAZING. He recently left the practice to open his own office in Pompano. His old office is refusing to release or send my records (Along with other patients who followed him). I find this to be so unprofessional and childish. They are my records. Both myself and the new office have requested them numerous times. I am filing a complaint with the American Dental Assoc.I will never refer anyone to this office ever again.

Our Email trail shows your appointment was with Dr. Mohr on October 31st and your records were sent promptly and were in his office for that appointment . Ask what your options are and don't just take their word! Copay would've been $0 but paid over $250 for unnecessary upgrade. RIDICULOUS!
