We asked our Son, previously a North Charleston police officer who he did NOT want to see in court - because he almost always wins his cases. This is who we went with - and never looked back. Rad Deaton has a sincere interest in his work and client. Worth every penny! Highly recommended.
I've dealt with multiple lawyers since 2015. Each one made ridiculous promises that I naively trusted. They all greatly disappointed me. I came to Mr. Deaton during a very difficult situation. He immediately calmed me down, treated me with respect and took my situation very seriously. He and his staff were so helpful and understanding. Mr. Deaton simply did what he said he would do and that speaks volumes about his character and his law firm! I highly recommend him and will only use his firm if ever I need a lawyer again.
