Unfortunately the terms of our loan were changed by MIG at the very last minute i.e. just before closing and when we had no possibility of shopping elsewhere, by removing one of the two buyers from the loan. Thus, MIG obtained our custom over competitors by making a preliminary offer that they were unable to honor. This behavior has created lasting damage to our future financial plans.
