Overall I would say to anyone using Deborah that she is honest and very good on follow though. 2 things you must have when making a huge life decision costing you thousands of dollars. I hate waiting for info or next steps. I did not have to worry about what was happening on our loan because Deborah & the team at Ability kept us informed at each step in the process. The end result was a mortgage and the terms delivered were just as expected and originally explained in our first meeting. Our loan closed on time too!
