The process to create such a service is quite involved. And as far as I can tell Debtblue and my agent are very thorough. And correct from what I can tell. Its not painless but Saris was very patient and knowledgable. And considering all the vulnerabilities involved with large debt and hardship issues, I would say compassionate. And professional. What else can one say... A long way to go as I haven't made a lot of payments but its a nice start if nothing else.
