Clean room great staff
Nice clean rooms! Super confortable beds. Only two elevators to access the hotel floors and one of them was inoperable. The distance from my room to the elevator was ridiculously far. Is this safe overall, maybe, maybe not. This is a casino hotel so they want you to stay as far away from your room as possible. We were tired travellers on a mission. I hope that the next time we stay there the elevators are all in working order. We will book a room close to the guest elevators as well.
Hotel was not crowded and did not offer early checkin. Carpets need cleaning in the hallways and only one elevator was operating. Convenient as it is attached to the casino and restaurants.
Ok stay.
The rooms are very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the casino being attached is wonderful.
Business response:
Thank you for your Outstanding Review! We look forward to having you stay with us in the future!
Our room was not serviced the following day when we returned in the evening. We weren’t offered any service outside of towel replacement. Had this not occurred, I would have rated the stay as perfect. The room was enormous and nicely appointed.
