Couldn't be happier after 1 full year completed residing at Delaware Park Apartments. It was an easy choice renewing my lease! Couldn't ask for a better property manager in Infonta. I've never had an issue, question, concern, request go unnoticed or not completed. He goes above and beyond to make sure it gets done! Very accommodating and understanding professional. Wonderful location with an even better staff. Infonta, the property manager, is warm, knowledgable and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the complex.

I asked that they fix the entrance door to the garage - it didn’t close all the way unless you gave it an extra push, thus it was often left ajar, meaning anyone could enter. The very next day, the maintenance staff was out there and they fixed it even better than I expected. Now it opens more smoothly and always closes completely.

Amazing staff! Always there to help with any questions. Clean area both inside and outside the property. Work orders were answered in a timely manner. Would recommend Kenmore Development due to the helpful staff.

First off, I'll mention what a great first couple months it has been here at Delaware Park Apartments! My partner and I were very nervous about not being able to get into a nice apartment in the(very specific)time frame we needed to move in by. Infonta did everything in his power to get us into our wonderful apartment in the fastest and easiest manner possible. We had a lot of questions, and I mean A LOT. Property manager is very attentive to the grounds and goes above and beyond to get things fixed or sorted out. Maintenance is very quick and efficient as well.
