My experience working with Jessica was wonderful. She was personable and extremely professional especially during my medical transition which was the reason I moved to the first floor apartment. Some of our conversations had to be done on the phone while I was in Ithaca staying with my son and his family while I was recuperating during this health crisis. Wonderful location with an even better staff. Infonta, the property manager, is warm, knowledgable and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the complex.
I asked that they fix the entrance door to the garage - it didn’t close all the way unless you gave it an extra push, thus it was often left ajar, meaning anyone could enter. The very next day, the maintenance staff was out there and they fixed it even better than I expected. Now it opens more smoothly and always closes completely.
Amazing staff! Always there to help with any questions. Clean area both inside and outside the property. Work orders were answered in a timely manner. Would recommend Kenmore Development due to the helpful staff.
First off, I'll mention what a great first couple months it has been here at Delaware Park Apartments! My partner and I were very nervous about not being able to get into a nice apartment in the(very specific)time frame we needed to move in by.
