Staff, nurses and drs are all kind and understanding. We were in a out pretty quickly.
This practice was highly recommended when I was looking for a pediatrician, we have now been going for 13 years. All of the doctors are great with the kids, mine really like Dr. Shapiro. The nurses are always available for any health questions and the staff is very helpful with appointments and such. They will see your child if they are sick the same day!
