My experience was good before now it’s not good the order I received is wrong my son got strawberry all the time but now it’s messed up with the labels,the labels vanilla for the strawberry 🍓
First of all my daughter’s name is Stella Mae, not Stella Mee. Customer service is awful and constantly get put on hold for long periods of time. I’ve had nothing but issues with Delight Medical’s. Every single month I have an issue with the formula being shipped and I have to call to inquire where it is. ANTHONY is useless, extremely rude, and aggressive on the phone. I couldn’t imagine hiring a “supervisor” with that behavior. If you’re looking for a medical supply company, please avoid this one at all cost.
