Hooray! A doctor that listens…. Very smart young woman. She works in a professional manner but very relaxed.
I am so impressed with Dr. Troy. She is smart, kind, and truly cares about her patients. She went above and beyond to assess my symptoms and find answers for me. Her staff were equally impressive and it was obvious that they respect her and her quest to do great work.
My husband and I both went to see Dr. Troy at this visit. Me for my neck and my husband for his back. The office staff was professional and personable. Dr. Troy is using conservative methods to try to help with our pain. A sign of a good doctor. Her demeanor was outstanding and she explained everything carefully and was patient with our questions. She took her time and did not rush us out of the exam room.
Appointment was on time. Staff was courteous and most professional. Office staff helped with new appointments. Dr. Troy was great.
I had what I thought was a worrisome CT scan report item, namely a recent T12 fracture was indicated. I play tennis daily for 2-3 hours and was concerned that I was doing more damage than good. Dr. troy insured me that the T12 was not in fact fractured and that overall my spine looked pretty good after 75 years of living abuse. Apparently, the findings on the CT report were cautionary, and after she reviewed a few comparative pictures, she said, nothing to see here, go forth and play tennis again...."You're fine"! I fell 3 years ago, broke my pelvis, and have been in constant pain since then. I have been to more Orthopods and Pain Management doctors than I care to think about, all of whom were more than willing to give me nerve blocks and pills. Nothing they did worked. Then my Internist connected me with Dr. Troy, and now my pain is completely gone!
