We just got our 5th car through Shane and continue to come back. Shane offers the best service we have ever received from a dealer and has gone the extra mile to even deliver our last van to our house during the COVID lockdown. I had been using Michael Young as a Service Advisor, who was terrific. He was on vacation for my fuel pump safety recall and routine service and I was assigned to Athanasia Lozowski.
