Michael Young is the best. He is very polite and he handled the recall of the passenger side airbag for my Honda Civic quickly and professionally. I recommend him 110%. I suggest that you ask for him when you need service for your vehicle.

The service department is outstanding. This lead me to come back to lease my new car from them. Great service in sales and service. My only complaint is the telemarketers on phone. They could tone it down - less pressure and frequency.

Bought my new Accord Hybrid with the assistance of Jonas Bair. I found Jonas to be courtesy and especially helpful in answering my questions about a hybrid vehicle. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the entire experience. I was impressed with the efficiency that my insurance was transferred to the new vehicle.

Excellent customer service. Aram specifically made my leasing experience pleasant and easy. Aram was transparent and was able to locate and get me a good deal on a specific vehicle. I hope to deal with him again for either my wife’s or my next vehicle.
