Sales agents (Matthew and Craig) and sales manager (James) are professional, efficient and very helpful. No random pricing or unnecessary tricks like other dealership. The process and discussion was smooth and clear. in 2 hours, everything is done and the car is waiting out side. Also Marc from financing department is excellent too. Michael Harris always takes care of my car perfectly and honestly. All we did this time was the Accord recall software update. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, 45 minutes less than was promised. So, once again, Michael earns 5 stars! :)
