When my 2018 Honda was unexpectedly totaled I had a choice to go to any dealer I wanted to. Without any hesitation I returned to Delray Honda to get my new 2020 Honda CRV. The experience was very pleasant which is difficult during these crazy times My salesman John Kane was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time making sure I got a vehicle that I would be very happy with. Like I said I've been very happy with the service Department and Mike Harris who is my service advisor. I love my new 2020 CRV!!!

Sales and financing experiences were both outstanding. Sales and finance staff were both outstanding during the entire transaction. The vehicle purchased was more than I expected which encouraged me to finalize the purchase . Problems with emails being blocked and communicating with management staff. Had another vehicle serviced and the mechanic repaired more than I approved which was added to the bill. Instead of forcing me to pay the bill the service manager took off the charges.
