Honest and efficient The dealership did everything they promised without high pressure or bait and switch. They worked to get me the best deal they could and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The salesperson, John Kane, gave us a thorough demonstration of the many features on our new car. The internet manager, Sam Pola, made a deal and stuck by it. We could not be more pleased.

Exceptional Service Representative and service Kathleen Willis was the best service representative I have dealt with an at car dealership including at Delray Honda. She was courteous, professional, concerned about the client being informed and updated, and made my experience calm and stress-free. She even walked me out to my vehicle when other service representatives have simply told me the general location ("out the door and to the left" for example) My service was performed well and in good time.

Buying My CRV I think, if I had any other sales person I might not of bought my CRV, Hung was always very polite, patient and always a professional through out the process. In my opinion, Hung Dinh is an asset to Delrat Honda.

In and out with a new car very quickly What I really appreciated was Marvin's taking my rental back to Hertz. This, like a bunch of other little details, was just part of Marvin's day. So, I drove out with a new car quickly and with no hang ups. Give him a raise, he deserves it!
