Great Experience I'm a first time Honda owner so obviously this was my first time interacting with Delray Honda. I was met by Dustin at the door and he was very courteous and respectful of my time. I explained what I was looking for, both in vehicle and budget, and he promptly recommended 2 different models. To "cut to the chase" I was offered a vehicle that met 95% of my criteria (Civic Hatchback-Sport) and I leased it. Great experience Steve was a total pro - everything worked out the way it was supposed to. Leonel in insurance department was easy to work with and gave me some other options to explore. All in all, a great experience and everyone was very professional.

Exemplary The services received from Laurent, Sabrina and Mr. Gay were exemplary! Felt like we were dealing with family and friend not with a pushy, aggressive sales team. From the moment we walked in, until we drove away - great experience. I've been following Laurent fr other dealerships - he and Sabrina were so respectful, honest and endearing. Mr Gay was so knowledgeable about the car and functionality. What a threesome team!

Professional but not pushy My experience at Delray Honda was a pleasant one, especially when comparing it to some of the other places I had been. The salesman was prepared when I arrived with the exact car I was interested in. I took the car for a drive and then we sat down and talked about pricing and financing. He even offered to deliver the car to my home, which he did the next day.
