Efficient and hassle-free My wife and I have been using Delray Honda for years, and they have never given us reason to go elsewhere. Everyone is always friendly and courteous. We told our salesman Jim what we were looking for ahead of time, and he had exactly what we wanted waiting for us. The process was quick, efficient and hassle-free. Great dealership.

Excellent Went to Honda del Rey not looking for a specific van. Was not sure if buy a new van, a used one or lease. Ralph was incredibly diligently and helpful and spend time showing various alternatives. Discussed buying vs leasing. As a result of his efforts, decided to lease a van right there and then. Left Honda del Rey with a 2019 van. Excellent attention and great experience.

Great sales and service professionals Farris Cobb is a true caring professional. He researched my problem and found a fix just released by Honda. Did a follow up call this morning to confirm that the car was properly repaired. Had Mr. Cobb not done the research my problem probably wouldn’t have been fixed yet. Farris took my car same day appointment and fixed it with minimal wait time. Employees like Farris Cobb and Jim Nolickak are reasons that make Delray Honda an exceptional dealership. USAA Members Awesome experience. We decided to purchase a CRV and wanted to go through USAA with our trade in and as members we were not disappointed. Bill and Zach walked us through the process and it went very smoothly. From the start to finish it went very well.

Great experience We told Travis what color we wanted what model we wanted he took us directly there showed us the various colors. Told him we wanted black on black. He replied that Carlos was on his way to West Palm to pick up that touring Accord black on black. Carlos was very informative about the buttons overall going over everything about how the vehicle works. Very knowledgeable I'm glad he covered everything on the Honda Accord

Kathleen Willis is the best service advisor ever!! I have been going to this dealership for years and Kathleen has been with me through every vehicle!! She is amazing! Very customer service oriented and she actually cares. She explains everything well and always gives you a heads up for what to expect your next service date. Sometimes all it takes is just a warm welcome and a positive attitude to make a difference and Kathleen is always consistent!! She is definitely a great asset to Honda!
