Leasing experience I traded my 2017 accord for a new 2018 accord. I dealt with Jim Nolechek and Tom Arena. The experience was extremely pleasant and informative. Both gentlemen are highly knowledgeable and very polite. I have been leasing cars since 1977. This was the easiest and quickest leasing experience in all my years.
2018 pilot lease I had one of my best experiences in getting a vehicle. It was extremely quick and pleasant. The sales person was friendly and not pushy!
Very Flexible I am happy to have chosen Delray Honda for a car purchase. Salesman Chris Jimenez and Julio were very helpful as was Laurent in finance. The reason I give it 5 stars is a mistake was made and they owned up to it to some extent and fixed the problem. I called and emailed Chris and he consistently replied. Of course, the prices at dealerships might be a little higher, but you get what you paid for. They strive to maintain a good reputation and will bend a little. CUPCAKE Mike Webb is such a nice salesman - not pushy - gave us space - relaxed atmosphere at dealership - we were not pounced on when we arrived!
