New car purchase Jairo was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The process went smoothly from test drive to negotiation to financing. Jairo set up our cell phones, programmed the driver seat and instructed us on other vehicle options. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Mike Webb is an excellent salesperson and teacher We bought a new CRV Touring which is loaded with extraordinary technology. Good overall experience They helped me with the car I wanted to get and the trim level I wanted. Most importantly was the color and they went and found the color I wanted!
Very favorable Delray actually had and let me drive the low line model LX I asked to see. They didn't try to up sell me. However, I did up sell myself when I saw the safety features that were available on the EX model. My salesman was very patient as I got back to him several times by text, email, phone call or in person with my endless questions.
SIMPLY AWESOME Heidi and Paul were both amazing to work with and getting my new car was SO easy and I love it!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty!!
