Travis delivered a new vehicle to me in 8 days after I left a deposit. He had me out of the dealership within 2 hours for the purchase transaction which in my opinion is fast these days. Travis communicated clearly and promptly, demonstrated that he valued my time, and delivered the desired vehicle quickly when another area dealership struggled to get me one I had pre-ordered more than 3 months earlier. We were searching for a used car for my son. Called a few Honda dealers and Ed Haddad was the one that really pulled through.. He found numerous options and followed up with us periodically. He really made this purchase smooth and simple. After a month, he even called me to tell me they had found the spare key and manual. That was icing on the cake, Ed is super!
Beyond friendly staff. They did everything they could to get me the best deal. Great communication between all the staff.
