I had the best experience at Delray Honda when I purchased my 2023 Honda HRV. Every single person that I dealt with was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful. I was very nervous since this was the first time in 29 years that I was buying a brand new car. In the past I purchased used cars to save money. This was exciting and scary for me. They all definitely went above and beyond for me!

I cannot say enough about this service department. I started my lease at this location and moved to Ft Lauderale. I have tried other Honda Dealers for routine maintenance and it was a nightmare. I commute to this location due to the great customer server. Sia was so amazing. Had an issue that a Collision Shop did not the best job. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and even stayed late to iron out my sound kinks. Over and above. It’s refreshing to see people still care. Michael was of super great help when i brought my car and my wife's car in for service. Upon inspection of my wife's car Michael pointed out that there were dings on the roof and trunk. I have insurance for that, The last6 time I was in Michael gave me the company's business card and I thought I left it in the car. When I couldn't find it I contacted Michael and he promptly responded with all of the information I needed, 'Great guy to deal with.
