Just a typical used car dealership who just lies and do nothing
They did a hard inquiry on my credit for a car I was ready to buy, then they said it had engine problems but they kept that listing up which felt like a bait and switch. They then sent me a link to another car on their website that I said Id be interested in. I had a closer look and the second car had frame damage reported.They didnt even follow up with me, I was actually gonna give them another chance but it seems like they dont know how to run a decent business. I was in contact with the dealership about 2 weeks before they even got the car onto the lot and was then contacting the salesman Tai daily for updates on the repairs/ service. After nearly a month and a half from first contact the car is finally ready and im buying the plane ticket to fly down to pick up the car (I live in ***********) and they tell me someone else is interested and I have to wait to see if they "really want it or not". The Dealer Sold me a vehicle they to which they never had possession of the Title/Pink Slip to.They have no records of the Pink Slip in there system.I had the Car ********************************************************* with Registering the Vehicle.
Deluxe auto dealer is your typical used car dealership. They will do whatever they can to earn a buck include ripping off their customers. They will lie to your face in order to make a sale. Our personal experience ranges from getting the car on fumes when we first picked it up. Something i asked them about three times during the day ensuring it would have a full tank.
