Denise was very professional and answered all my questions timely and honestly. We had a few challenges but Denise did not overreact or panic and went the extra mile to make sure my loan was approved and we closed on time. Denise was extremely nice and helpful during the process and answered any questions we had. It was like a new process due to it being 33 years since we’ve purchased a home and a lot has changed. She also came to our rescue the day before closing when our insurance company caused a very stressful situation which could have resulted in our closing being delayed. We couldn’t have that happen because we had movers and deliveries already scheduled. She did a great job!!
