Dennis was informative, provided communication and responsive. My rating would have been higher if the title company would have made fewer mistakes (over charged and had to redo, then charged me for late fees that I didn’t cause, then asked me to verify the military experience in 4 different ways). The process of refinancing started in mid December and I closed yesterday 18 March. I like Dennis Lees but will probably not utilize this company again just because the process was horrible
