I am so disappointed in the new management. I’m am 41 and Dr. Carol has been cleaning my teeth since I was 18. I’ve never had a scheduling snafu, I’ve never had to have someone else clean my teeth. Now under new management my appointment got missed and Dr. Carol is no longer able to clean my teeth because she doesn’t make the company enough money doing “hygentists work.” This was the best practice ever when medicine was running medicine, unfortunately it’s become very clear that business is now running medicine.
