I saw Dr Dan & Kat again today for a cleaning. As usual - excellent service. It's a pleasure to go to the dentist - which can't be said by all people. This office is professional, knowledgeable, sensitive to your needs and caring. I will always give it a 10 plus.
Excellent from start to finish. Front desk and dental assistants were friendly and professional. Dr. Dan gave a good shot of anesthesia and provided pain free treatment.
Dr. Dan Truono has been my dentist for many years. He and his staff are great. My cleaning was done very thoroughly today by Caesar and that was followed by a check-up with Dr. Dan. Dr. Dan is a caring and talented dentist who knows and cares for his patients. I would not consider going to another dentist.
Dr Dan worked with me very professionally yet compassionately. He always checked in about how I was doing with the procedure. In the new result is great.
Everything was excellent! Rachel and Aniyah were excellent in arranging the appointment and handling the billing. They were both very welcoming. Kat, the hygienist was excellent. Unlike many hygienists, I didn't get a 'facial' when she used the cavatron to clean my teeth. She was also excellent in positioning the film for the bite-wing x-rays. Saw Dr Dan and Assistant this week. It was another great appointment - even though I needed a filling. Dr. Dan and assistant made an anxiety prone procedure - almost feel like nothing at all. I was in and out in no time at all - and very, very pleased with the results. The filling was easy and it looked amazing. I love, love this practice. They are caring, professional and know how to make you feel very comfortable.
He read and listened to my concerns and made a realistic treatment plan. His staff is caring.
Dr. Dan and his team are friendly and helpful. They are always prompt and do the work with minimal discomfort. They know how to fix stuff and how to prevent more problems. Dr. Dan always remembers my family and asks about them. I recommend him and his team highly.
I had my 6 month check up with Dr. Truono today. He and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going to Dr. Dan for a number of years and would never consider switching dentists.
