I had a cracked tooth that required emergency treatment. They squeezed me into their schedule within two hours of my call. The doctor promptly saw me and said the tooth could not be saved. He recommended extraction and an implant. Two days later , he did both the extraction and implant in the same visit.. Very good service, the work team is very friendly, I had my teeth cleaned with Nathalia, it was a very good experience, she worked in a very delicate way, I did not feel pain at any time, she took her time to clean even the most minimal detail. The environment is fresh and clean. 100% recommended.
I had an urgent request and Karen was exceptional in taking care of me. She was patient and thorough with the request and even called after the fact to make sure that I received what I needed. The guest-facing staff at a business can make or break your visit but she blew it out of the water. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful office. Everyone there was super nice and understanding. They were very professional yet full of compassion as well. The doctor explained everything in detail before doing anything. There honestly is nothing bad I can say. As an emergency they took me within 24 hours with the utmost patience and kindness. Highly recommend for anybody looking for the best dental care.
My experience at this place has been HORRIBLE. I came to this place a few times for cleanings and later recommended to my boyfriend who also got a cleaning and was told he had multiple cavities and it would cost thousands to drill them. He denied their offer and after leaving, has received calls nonstop from this dental office. I also still receive calls from them after telling them over and over that I no longer live in Florida.
