So far my experience with Dr Browne and all staff is fabulous. .Dr Browne, Alex, Hazel and David are really God sent. They really make my dental visits easier...I was once nervous to go the dentist now I go without reservation. These are caring people... fantastic as always. i'm a baby when it comes to any dental stuff, but patty makes sure everything is numb even with a cleaning. and dr. andy is spot on as well. highly recommend this practice. never had a bad experience.
My experiences with Dr. Brown, the staff, and that other Dr. that did an emergency same-day procedure (on Memorial Day weekend) have always been 5 out of 5. I appreciate their professionalism, their patient care and their use of modern technology.
Excelent customer service, no too many financial ways to go forward
Dentists usually frighten me away especially if they are abrupt and act as they have not time for you other than to get you out of the chair and move on to the next. Not so with this office. I can honestly say I no longer fear going to the dentist because the staff here put you at ease with their friendliness and kindness and do not treat you as if you are a nuisance or just another paying customer.
