EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PUT ME AT EASE. THEY WERE ALSO QUICK TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING, WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND WHAT TO EXPECT IF THE ADVISE WAS IGNORED.
