Listened I was having a problem with a tooth. Rather then jumping in to see what the problem was, I was asked questions and then they checked to see what could be done. When it was determined what was causing my tooth ache I was told my options and what did I want to do. I like that you know what is going on and what they can do to fix the problem. Five Stars in my book.
