Very thorough exam Friendly and courteous Entire exam took longer than I expected (70 minutes)

Only comment was the time spent was more than expected, so perhaps on the 1st visit setting expectations would be helpful. That said, I do realize I was a "special case". Thanks!
A visit to the dentist's office isn't high up on the list of must do's but, Dr. Garfield and his team are excellent. Everyone from reception to the dental hygienists really do seem to care about the patient! All of the work is explained and everyone takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable before anything is done. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr. Garfield!
Always the best and so professional
Thank you so much for seeing me on such short notice Monday night. I was scared and not sure what to do but you calmed me down and I was able to make an informed decision about my tooth. I am still swollen and in pain but I see there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks so much for taking care of me and when this fiasco is all over and done you can be sure I will be scheduling regular appointments and getting my daughter in to see you ad your awesome staff!
My hygienist Margie is wonderful. She listened to me patiently when I talked to her, and never rushed me. She was thorough and careful when she did the dental cleaning job on me.
I thought it was cool how i walked in and you were playing hide and go Garfield with a little girl while her mom was getting her cleaning done.
#2 The deep cleaning really calmed down the inflammation of my gums! The next morning my gums were "normal" with NO bleeding on the tooth brush. I didn't think they could un-inflame so fast. I am glad I didn't decide to remove the tooth; don't know if I'll have to, but right now, my gums (if not the bone loss) are better than when I went in.
