My wait time was nonexistent. The reception team made me feel welcome. Both Dr. McCullom & her nurse, Jessica checked then double checked with me abt pharmaceutical meds & as well as supplements, vitamins & over the counter meds I was currently taking. Dr. McCullom was patient & understanding while answering my questions (I ask ALOT of questions). She spoke w/me abt the procedure & follow up care. I felt like I was visiting a relative.

My experience was great! I arrived a little early and was taken through the COVID-19 protocol. I was ready to see the doctor within 15mins to 20 mins. The front desk coordinator had not called in my after procedure prescription. She immediately brought that to my attention without me reminding her. I appreciate that kind of upfront communication.

Dr. Cornell Mccullom was great. He was patient, made sure I was comfortable and explained each thing that he about to do. I had 2 teeth pulled, including one that was under bridge work. These were not easy extractions, but he and his assistant made the experience as comfortable as possible. I am so thankful to them for relieving me of these problem teeth, and I look forward to the future when I can get my great smile back! Michelle Carnes
