Good customer service at the front desk and great professional dentists and specialists. It’s an expensive dental clinic. They charge the total price to the patient plus another percent to the insurance. In other words, it doesn’t make sense to have insurance if Dental Options doesn’t use it to reduce the expenses from the client. It’s unclear how Dental Options (DO) charges the patient and the dental health insurance. I was called in to take my x-rays within the first 10 minutes I was there. Then Dr. Nadel came in and explained my x-rays to me and answered all my questions. Then I went for my cleaning with the hygienist, Diana. She was so nice and did an excellent job. I had a great experience here for my first visit. Everyone was nice and friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care. Great team!
