The staff here continuously go above and beyond to make sure my family receives excellent care. They are amazing with my 5yr old son and 3yr old daughter, showing great patience and explaining things at their levels. I like the facility as well and am pleased they are now accepting Delta Dental.

As newcomers to Ames, my husband and I had selected Dentistry at Somerset to serve our needs. We moved into our Apartment on August 3. A week later, my husband had an appointment to receive medical clearance needed so he can have heart surgery in September. I had a lot of deaf friends in Story & Polk Counties but they require an interpreter for yo as well as you are expecting to pay the expenses of interpreter's trip & fees, too. That is why I do not mind to write you via communication notes for long time since Dr. Redhead for almost 50 years so far.

I would like to give a big thumbs up to Abby, an amazing hygienist! Not only is she gentle, yet thorough, she is also a great listener. During a unexpected lengthy wait for the doctor, we had a "therapeutic" chat about some struggles that I was facing. I was able to process some feelings, and it was extremely beneficial. This level of compassion is unheard of in today's busy society. Not only did I receive exceptional care, but also an emotional boost!
