Who would think going to the dentist would be a pleasant experience. Well, mine was! Dr. Stern has a truly amazing chair side manor, he explains what he doing and continuously makes sure you are okay. Thank you Dr. Stern and Aurita for taking such good care of me.
Dr. Stern is the best at what he does. He is compassionate to his overwhelming clients (who is me). He is very quick and always efficient, takes the time to ask you how you’re doing and how your family is. I have been going to him for over 20 years and so has all the members of my family. I cannot express enough what a wonderful dentist Dr. Stern is and if you are lucky enough to get an appointtment with him, trust me you will not go to another.
My hygienist was excellent. She cleans my teeth well and explains things to me well.
A tooth had split after a routine root canal at another professional's practice and I required asap attention to repair the tooth and secure a crown quickly as I was travelling within a short window of time. Dr. Stern and his team at Dentistry at Oak Ridges accommodated my pressing schedule requirements without pause and I can chew comfortably on this side of my mouth for the first time in a long while. Dr. Herzog is just magic when it comes to Invisalign. My teeth turned out perfect absolutely unreal! Barbie doll teeth! And in only 12 weeks. Just follow her instructions and you will love your teeth too.
I have been a patient of Dr. Stern's for several years now. Both him and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. He fitted me with a dental appliance for my sleep apnea years ago and it is a big improvement over wearing a c-pap machine. My rating is 5 plus. Thank-you Dr. Stern.
I went in for a routine cleaning and Linda was her usual “awesome!” She is personable, skilled and genuinely a wonderful hygienist/person to deal with. When she discovered that a filling had popped out, Dr. Stern did the work right then and there saving me an extra visit. He made quick work of the filling and made the visit enjoyable with his enlightened discussions. Thank you for always making me feel relaxed and appreciated!
