Had my first visit yesterday. Switched dentists because the previous place I went to, everyone always seemed to be in a bad mood and the dentist acted very snooty and did not listen well. On my visit here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Andrew, the dentist I saw, was very down to earth, friendly, and listened well to my questions and answered them fully. The appointments are always on time, and the staff are super friendly. Dr. Stern gives a thorough explanation of his examination findings and reviews my experience with my sleep apnea oral appliance. The appliance is an excellent alternative to my CPAP machine when travelling and ensures I get quality sleep when used. I am completely satisfied with my experiences with the clinic.
Appointment: crown removal and a temporary crown replacement. My appointment was booked for 3:30 p.m. and Natalie (Reception) informed me upon my arrival that Dr. Stern was running a few minutes behind due to an emergency. Dr. Stern also immediately came out to inform me that due to an emergency he would be 10 to 15 minutes late. He apologized profusely and I was taken into a room approximately 15 minutes later.
