The appointments are always on time, and the staff are super friendly. Dr. Stern gives a thorough explanation of his examination findings and reviews my experience with my sleep apnea oral appliance. The appliance is an excellent alternative to my CPAP machine when travelling and ensures I get quality sleep when used. I am completely satisfied with my experiences with the clinic.
Appointment: crown removal and a temporary crown replacement. My appointment was booked for 3:30 p.m. and Natalie (Reception) informed me upon my arrival that Dr. Stern was running a few minutes behind due to an emergency. Dr. Stern also immediately came out to inform me that due to an emergency he would be 10 to 15 minutes late. He apologized profusely and I was taken into a room approximately 15 minutes later. I can't say enough just how pleased I was with the level of service. I needed a somewhat urgent dental assessment and Dr. Stern went above and beyond to accommodated me. I went in for a cleaning with Linda. She was professional, kind and great to be around. I also enjoy seeing Natalie, during each visit. She is the face that I look forward to seeing, upon walking through the door. Everyone is great, as always but these two really stand out!
