I recently had Denver Carpet and Flooring come into our home to rip up carpet and match the underlying hardwood floor to the existing hardwood floors. I used the online tool to schedule an appointment and received an email the day before the appointment stating they were scheduling software issues and they needed to rescheduled. Not a problem, however, after the no-show rescheduled appointment I called. I was told again they were having issues with scheduling software and would need to reschedule. No thank you.

Don’t use them for a repeat job. They are incredibly competitive for the first one but by the time you get to the third one, they aren’t as competitive. It was my fault for trusting they would be as competitive as the first time around. And do not ask for a price match within a week of delivery as they are unresponsive. You can buy Cortec floors for $158 a box a carpet exchange rather than $191 for 17 cases plus an $80 delivery charge for the same floor.
