My practicioner was very knowledgeable and willing to take time to help me understand issues i wasn't clear on. It was my first time, so it may be that why she took so much time with me. Either way her presence was welcoming, and that made for a great experience.
Heidi Gum, PA in hendersonville, North Carolina, Derma blue misdiagnosed basil cell carcinoma as a Benign Nevi, ultimately making me lose several months of time… To address the basal cell carcinoma I would not recommend this practitioner to do any dermatology work on you
I was scheduled with a new person who didn’t even know why I was there. She was pleasant and I think knowledgeable, but unprepared for the appointment.
Procedure went smooth and everything was explained prior to and during the process. Great chair side manner and conversation. Super staff from receptionist to nurse assistant to PA. Highly recommend Blue Sky Dermatology.
Great experience and described everything that was going to take place. Great bedside manner.
