I've been seeing him for three years. He and his staff have good bedside manner. They are considerate of the patient and explain everything well. I'm impressed with Dr. Miller.
First time going to this guy and first time at the dermatologist. I don't know if he was having an off day, but wow. I've never seen LESS bedside manner. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him, so much so that I forgot to mention one of my concerns. Horrible experience.
I made appt. 6 weeks in advance for a cyst removal. I told the them at appt. time it was for another cyst removal and I went to appt waited 30 min. past my appt. only to be told he would have to look at it and then schedule the removal I refused to return I did not even see the Dr. and was charged the $40.00 co pay anyway. MY TIME was used and wasted not his!!! I have been to two other Dr. and a nurse practitioner in the same office and have always got them taken off same day. NEVER AGAIN!
