Organized, friendly staff! Everyone was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Dr. Willard was very friendly and took his time with me. He reviewed my options for treatment and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dermatologist!

Never having had a dermatologist appointment, I was very nervous to see a doctor. After visiting the office and seeing Dr. Willard all of my worries were alleviated. He was courteous, kind and took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I have recommended him to friends and family and will happily continue to do so.

VERY LONG DAY. I can't believe how many people are here for surgery. Didn't get out of there till after 7:00pm - there ALL DAY! Called back two days later because a lump appeared. Staff said it was scar tissue. Never heard of scar tissue forming so quickly, sounded like she just wanted to get rid of me. So as months go by a new lump appeared in the same area as my surgery. Dr. Miller's work is not what you want when dealing with skin cancer. He preformed MOHS on my nose. The resulting scar was horrific. He then tried to "fix" the scar by filing down the skin. He did the procedure and created a bigger problem. I ended up needing two corrective surgeries by a wonderful plastic surgeon that WAS NOT covered by insurance. MCFADDEN IS NOT A CANCER SURGEON NOR IS SHE TRAINED TO REMOVE CANCER FROM ANYONES SKIN. BUT-SHE DID IT ANYWAY AND TOOK INAPPROPRIATE PHOTOS AND DIDNT INFORM ME. SHE TOOK THE PHOTOS AND SENT THEM TO ANOTHER OFFICE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. She thinks all obesity is gluttony and has no respect for women. DO NOT TRUST THIS CENTER.

Dr Willard suggested weeks of radiation for a minor, squameous cell in situ. He pressured me for the radiation by telling me that Mohs surgery would require skin grafts from other parts of my body and further told me I needed to decide in 3 days. I sought out the opinion of 2 other docors- a Mohs specialist and a Board Certified Dermatologist. Both expressed disbelief over the treatment recommonded. Probably pushed because covered by Medicare. I declined and I have found a new doctor I can trust
