Gracious, friendly receptionist at onset and for checking out. Made sure I understood patient portal. The nurse or technician who took my history, explained medication regimen clearly , explained visit and ordered medications. She was professional and friendly. Dr . Abramovits was thorough and explained the diagnosis and prescribed treatment rationale. I was quite relieved . Would recommend this practice and thank Dr. David Grinsfelder for the referral.
