I went into the Nees Derrel's the other day to renew my yearly rental of a space I've had for several years, and I had an enjoyable experience with Maureen who processed everything quickly and efficiently, with a big smile. Not that I haven't always had a good experience here, but this visit was especially enjoyable thanks to Maureen.

Most people post reviews when something goes wrong, but my experience was so good that I couldn't help myself. The woman that helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. She signed me up and had me taken care of in an efficient manner, explaining the contract and payment information clearly. I was so pleased when I left the office.

I spoke to Kristin today (sorry for misspelling) to check rates. She was really pleasant to talk to. I had several questions about the units including what's including pricing, availability, hours and such and came out pretty satisfied. I'm likely to move in when I'm ready. Ofc I read the other reviews before calling. The thing is, of how many years they've been open, and how many negatives they've gotten over the passed FIVE years? Was stopping by to get some information. It was about 8 minutes to closing. The guy comes into the office, I wave at him and he proceeded to close the blinds on me after making eye contact. I would of been ok with him telling me then computers were down and come back in the morning. Will never go there again.

Darrell's mini storage or crooks they up your rent and now they're trying to make you pay by the 31st and not giving you to the first and you have no grace period when you used to have it

Darrell's Mini storage is a scam business. There are many things to list so let's just take them 1 by 1. Firstly the contract they lock you into for the low price is false. They will raise the price on you no matter what you do. You can't even set up an automatic payment on their website. When you call no one answers, ever. There's never an option to leave a message... Worst management service ever!!! Not only are they not friendly but try to create more problems for you than help! I am a local long term business professional and have never been spoken too in such a rude condescending way, it haunts me that they would allow someone like this person run a business as such. I highly DO NOT recommend this place of business so long as this older lady that calls herself the manager is running it.

Been paying monthly for over three years, for what I thought was a competent and safe and secure storage facility. When a few months ago I get a phone call from the local on site manager saying that he accidentally cut the lock off my storage unit, when he meant to be cutting the lock off a different unit (Why do they have the authority to cut the lock off anyone's unit?).
