Amazing guest service from both Martha and her husband!
The guy running that storage location, Blake was extremely rude. When I first arrived I was at the satellite location but wasn’t aware at the time. I called on the intercom and Blake answered and in a very rude tone told me I was at the wrong location. I asked for the address and he hung up on me. I called again he mumbled and hung up again. When I finally found the office, he started off being really rude but started being nicer as we finalize the rental
