My first time coming to Derrel's on Panama Ln and Wible to look for a storage the managers Val, and Mike were so helpful and very kind they answered all my questions. we ended up getting one unit thanks to them for helping us and for the amazing customer service they provided.

We just vacated our storage unit after being with them for over 4 years because we just got a house with the space and no longer need it. They have been great! They were always friendly and attentive when we needed anything. The facility was always clean and kept up and they always kept a close eye on things and would drive around. I would completely recommend this Darrel's facility to family and friends!

The manager ms of this store are two of the nicest people ever. Very responsive and ready to help. I can understand why their storage facility is always full.
From the moment I called to the moment I walked in; Michelle and Manuel aka Manny were very helpful. Manny showed me the sizes of the storages units to make the process smooth and efficiently. Very friendly! I would highly recommend.

I have to say, I was too inclined to have a bad perception, that is until I dealt with the new managers. They were not only efficient and professional. They found a mistake that the previous managers did and they fixed it. I not only received all my belongings back, but more precious than anything I received my children's photos back. The new management definitely gets a perfect score of 5 stars from me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
The new administration or the new crew is way way worst! They are rude!! They smell like they been smoking all day long!! The don't say hi! They respond making you feel stupid for asking them! I miss the old guy! Henry was always with good attitude, and your smile all the time always have a good answer for you and he will be aware of everything was going on in the facility!

I usually don't complain, but I feel that others need to be aware of the issues of this business. Firstly, I chose this place because it was supposed to be temperature controlled and I paid extra to get this feature. I understand Bakersifeld is hot in the summer, but it was way too hot in the storage unit and there were a few items stored that completely melted. Including art supplies and wax.
