RecommendedDerrel's facility always looks clean. No debris of any kind. The huge new addition looks great. It has a tasteful stucco security wall with nice landscaping. I have rented from you for my motor home for about 15 years and never has a problem. I have a covered space and the RV is mostly in the shade, which I like for the long hot summer. I appreciate the improvement, which you made at the sign in and out at the gate, specifically a keypad higher up. When Kiernan was widened, I wasn't able to turn left any longer from Tunsen.

Rita and Ron were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when signing my contract. The facility is really clean and each unit is alarmed. They’re prices are much lower than other storage places in Modesto.
