To keep things short and condensed... my experience as a first time home buyer with this guy was a nightmare. Lack of communication, dude wouldn't communicate with my realtor until I said something, Derrick could not give correct information on anything, it took Derrick a month and a half to learn the appraiser I had was not licensed properly!
