We had the pleasure of eating here this past week. We had a wonderful experience! Our waiter Sean went above and beyond for us. We are not local and he gave us great ideas of the local area to spend our day. The food was fresh and delish. Not to mention they were so accommodating. Our daughter is vegetarian and Lukas was so careful when preparing our meals at the hibachi table. We highly recommend desaki to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience! And Thanks again to Sean!
Desaki was an amazing experience!! We came with a huge party to celebrate my mom's birthday and everything was great from the food to the service. It was a little pricey for a big party but worth every penny, the food was delicious. Our server Tom made the experience even better, my mom loved him!
This place is a gem in the Poconos. Took my family of 5 for a hibachi show last night and the prices were totally worth it. The place was packed but I never once felt like I was waiting for anything, the chef's were entertaining and talented, and our server Tommy was attentive the whole night! Can't wait to come back next summer.
Great night at Desaki. "Aloha" Micky and Stan Lee were awesome on the grill. Sean was fun as a server. He was the kindest anti-Semitic maraschino cherry minimalist I've ever met. Seriously, all good fun and no hate to be found. My girl likes his smile and drink suggestions. Would definitely want him as our server again.
Our server Tommy aka Omar was fantastic. So much fun! Great food! Bruce Lee was amazing. All helped make the experience wonderful.

We always go to desaki for sushi and apps and the bartenders Matt and Tract are always friendly and helpful. Love the girls at the door and the sushi chef AJ is always so helpful as well.
We love this place,and love people working there especially Mat and Tracy ,you always feel welcomed there,they are great mixologists,and food is delicious
Desaki is a fabulous restaurant. Eat here all the time. Prices are higher but quality amazing. Always fun and energetic atmosphere. Matt and Tracy always take care of us when we come in on the weekends.
