I love this place. The receptionist, the counselors, the nurses and most definitely the very kind and compassionate doctor, you guys all rock. Always a pleasant visit. First visit is a whole day visit so plan ahead and the rest of them you should be in and out in 15min or less. They have seen me at my worst and never judge. Love You all

What people have to understand is that there are tons of state and federal regulations, and being able to go to such a clinic is a privilege, not a right. There are tight rules for a reason. I've been going to this clinic for five years now, and what I've noticed is that the people that complain the most about this place are the people that are not taking their sobriety seriously. I have the full amount of take homes, and I does take two years to get 27 take homes ( two years with negative drug screenings ). It does totally ... read more

I will not return here. Difficulty getting reports of MRI and return for treatment. Dr. Shields was kind and seemed concerned but I understood later that she had personal problems and her staff was difficult to deal with in getting reports and follow up visit. Was up to me to chase down results and get word to her that I had completed the MRI and get the results to her office.

I've been going for 8 years. The beginning was ok. But the staff are rude. I graduated 2 times. They just keep putting back into there program for the money. I quit.

I was the nursing supervisor for almost 6 months. Worst place I've ever worked in my 28 years career! Staff turnover is extreme, upper management cares NOTHING about the staff or clients. I was told by the DM they provide a safer alternative to heroin and cuts down on crime, overdoses etc. At the end of the day, they are creating life long opiate dependent people! Methadone is designed to be temporary! It's all about numbers and money for this hell hole....
