A lot of group therapy not a lot of individual one on ones. I did learn from the groups though. Laura is amazing and I am grateful she was my therapist
Great veteran program. If you are a first responder or a veteran Desert Hope has a great salute to recovery program. Lynn, Cj, and Mimi helped change my life.
